EXCITING CHANGES THIS SEASON

Watching dancers progress from year to year is incredibly rewarding, and we plan to keep evolving along with them! We have restructured our 2022-2023 Schedule to offer classes based on experience and ability, rather than on age only. We hope these changes will create space for every student to be challenged and inspired as they grow up with us.

We know new things prompt lots of questions! We're here to help!
Please read the Group Descriptions below and enroll in the classes that seem to best describe your Dancers' experience level. We may reach out with suggestions or changes.

PINK GROUP Classes are recommended for dancers who have graduated from the K-1 Combo Class, or students new to the dance style in which they are enrolling. We have added a GRADE 2 Combo Class to the 2022-2023 schedule by request, but also suggest PINK GROUP Classes for students entering Grade 3 or Grade 2 students looking to advance their dance training in specific styles. We may recommend different placement based on experience and ability

**PINK GROUP ACRO/HIP HOP is OPEN to young dancers beginning in Kindergarten

GREEN GROUP Classes are recommended for dancers who have at least 2 years of experience studying the style of dance in which they are enrolling (beyond the basic Early Childhood Level) or have mastered basic skills of the style. Suggested for students entering Grades 4-6, though we may recommend different placement based on experience and ability

RED GROUP Classes are recommended for dancers who have at least 4 years of experience studying the style of dance in which they are enrolling (beyond the basic Early Childhood Level) or have been introduced to intermediate kills of the style. Suggested for students entering Grades 6-8, though we may recommend different placement based on experience and ability

GOLD GROUP Classes are recommended for dancers who have at least 5 years of experience studying the style of dance in which they are enrolling or have mastered Intermediate Skills and have been introduced to Advanced Skills of the style. Suggested for students entering Grades 8-9 who meet these criteria, though we may recommend different placement based on experience and ability

BLACK GROUP Classes are recommended for dancers who have at least 6 years of experience studying the style of dance in which they are enrolling or have mastered Advanced Skills of the style. Suggested for students entering Grades 9+ who meet these criteria, though we may recommend different placement based on experience and ability

**Please note that any dancer auditioning for the ENSEMBLE Dance Team should enroll in the ENSEMBLE MEMBERSHIP plan only and will be placed in appropriate level classes at the start of the year**
